Our articles can be delivered worldwide. We work with DHL; if necessary, other shipping service providers can be used in consultation with our customer service team. In individual cases, the use of other shipping service providers or special shipping methods (e.g. express shipping) may incur costs that are not identical to the shipping costs mentioned below. In these cases, the goods will only be shipped in consultation with the individual customer at the costs incurred in the individual case.

Shipping costs (including VAT) are calculated per order: Within Germany by weight and when delivering abroad up to 5 kg at a flat rate.

Europe - Zone 2: 16,65 €
(the United Kingdom, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Slovenia)

Europe- Zone 3: 16,95 €
(Cyprus, Spain, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Croatia)

Our shipping costs (parcels up to 5 kg) are based on the DHL PAKET INTERNATIONAL tariff zones - business customers. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery times

Delivery time: about 5-10 days. The delivery of goods within Germany within 3 - 5 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 10 days after order confirmation.

Note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a common shipment, unless we have made any deviating agreements with you. In this case the delivery time will be determined according to the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
